This program allows you to move at your own pace and motivates you to complete the distance for an amazing prize. Both walking and running helps to improve your mental health, strengthens your muscles and so much more!

Mode: Outdoors or treadmill

Prize: Custom 100 Mile Walk/Run Challenge towel

 

Note: Participants will self-track their distance using an MWR provided competition tracking form.
