Family and MWR Property Sale

MWR is hosting a property sale featuring items from our facilities. The following items are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunch is provided. Property will go fast!

• Office furniture
• TVs
• Recreational lodging furniture
• Miscellaneous items

Terms of Sale and General Information:

Eligibility: CAC/Military ID card is required to participate. ID will be checked prior to purchase.

Item limitations: First time through, each ID card holder is limited to 10 items.

Silent bidding items: 

• Must be 18 years or older to bid.
• All items have a minimum bid requirement. 
• Bids must be in increments of $5. 
• Bidding concludes Wednesday, August 16, at 3:30 p.m.
• Highest bids will win. Winners must be present and remove items immediately.

Item pickup/removal:

• Patrons are solely responsible for removing their purchased items.  
• All items must be removed by Wednesday, August 16, at 4 p.m.
• Please ensure you can load purchased items by yourself or bring assistance/vehicle for transporting.
• No holds. Item must be removed same day as purchase.

Condition of items: 

• All sales are final.
• No refunds, returns or exchanges. 
• All items are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranty or guarantee.
• Buyer assumes all risk. We are not responsible for any damages, lost or missing items.

Payment:

• Cash, credit or debit card.
• No checks.
• Receipts will be given with each transaction.
